For most of us the beginning of the year is somewhat of a slow time; kids are back in school, Holiday’s are over, and we are all back on track and ready to tackle the new year.
The crew here at Brennan Vineyards though is embarking on one of the busiest times of the year in the winery.
Bottles and corks are ordered, new labels designed, lots and lots of label printing, and last but not least we are putting the final blending touches on the wines. It is a tough job, but in the words of Dr. Brennan “Someone has got to do it!”
This year we will make the largest amount of wine ever in the the history of Brennan Vineyards, 8000+ Cases. Rest assured there will be Viognier a plenty!
In the midst of all of the hustle and bustle in the winery, we are very excited to host many of our good friends at our upcoming Valentine’s Wine Dinner.
