It officially feels like fall, and we like to think it is the most wonderful time of the year. For the entire month of October, we raise a glass to celebrate Texas Wine. To celebrate Texas Wine Month, Brennan Vineyards is hosting a Facebook Photo Contest. From Oct. 1st – Oct 30th share with us a picture of how #brennanpairswithlife on Facebook to be entered to win a prize! The more photos you submit, the more chances you have of winning!
On October 30th, Brennan Vineyards will select 5 photo submissions and re-post them for public voting that will end at 7:00pm on October 31st, when the two winning submissions will be determined based on likes per photo (votes).
Prizes:
First Place will receive two tickets to our final wine dinner of 2017 on November 11, 2017 (tickets are non- transferrable)!
Second Place will receive a $75 Brennan Vineyards Gift Certificate to be used in the McCrary House Tasting Room (does not apply to online orders).

OFFICIAL BRENNAN VINEYARDS FACEBOOK PHOTO CONTEST RULES
1. ELIGIBILITY: This Campaign is open to only those who are of 21 years of age or older and are residents of the United States of America.
2. AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by the Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Brennan Vineyards as final and binding as it relations to the content of this campaign.
3. CAMPAIGN PERIOD: Entries will be accepted online starting on October 1, 2017 and ending on October 30, 2017. All entries must be received by October 30, 2017.

Please Note: If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Brennan Vineyards.
5. PRIZES: The winner(s) of the campaign will receive one of two giveaway prizes: Wine Dinner Tickets or Gift Certificate. Value of Wine Dinner Tickets is $200, Value of Gift Certificate is $75. The specifics of the prize is solely determined by Brennan Vineyards. Prize(s) are non-transferrable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer /assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Brennan Vineyards to use the winner’s name, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation.
6. ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winner will be selected by the number of post likes on October 31st under the supervision of Brennan Vineyards. Winner will be notified by Facebook Message and announced on the Brennan Vineyards Facebook Page within 24 hours of selection of winner. Brennan Vineyards shall have no liability for the winners failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non functioning contact information.
If the winners cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent. or fails to timely return a completed and executed release as required the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (at Brennan Vineyards sole discretion) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

By entering this content, you represent and warrant that your entry is original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. if your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Brennan Vineyards. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims.
